The DH1100 is a commercial-grade hot and cold laminator, as well as a high-performance mounting machine. It features dual heated rollers with adjustable temperatures up to 140°C, ensuring superior thermal lamination results. Complementing this are dual cold rollers that apply additional pressure and assist with cooling, significantly enhancing laminate clarity and adhesion. An integrated take-up mandrel enables efficient single-sided lamination by automatically removing the release liner, streamlining workflow. Adjustable rollers accommodate materials up to 5mm thick, making the DH1100 ideal for mounting onto rigid substrates. The user-friendly LED display allows for seamless switching between hot and cold lamination modes. With advanced hot roller technology, the DH1100 is also perfectly suited for BOPP and Celloglaze laminating applications.
